I finished this book in 2 days! probably 24 hours more like it. All I have to say is W O W! This is a book I absolutely and highly recommend to all women, whether married, taken or single. It had a few examples/scenarios where it can show you how us women have done certain things to further drive a man away when all along we wanted them to come towards us. I felt like she was writing about me in some parts because I had done some of the stuff she described the 'doormat' girl does. Before I read it, I had done some of the things that the dreamgirl does, or the bitch.. but I was not consistent once my feelings got involved with a guy.
I think this is a book that you will read time & time again to keep you on track and to practice the tips the author gives. She emphasized how important it is for a woman to be independent and putting herself first before anyone else. Once those two main qualities are there, men will be more attracted to a woman because they see that she doesn't need him.
Of course I think about my long term 8 yr relationship that ended last August & I wish that I had read this book then because maybe it could've really turned things around. Then again, it's all about what you learn from the outcome and move forward. Maybe it wouldn't have done anything because it was already too late.
I think this book came as a godsend because now I see things on a whole new level and I've already been doing some of the stuff the bitch does, and I already see how the guy I like is pursuing me.. instead of me doing the pursuing like I had been.
I give this book 5 stars! Get it and read it all, you will thank me :)
